Pay: $24.00-$30.00/hr. depending on experiencePosition Summary: To assist with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems to company standards.
  • Work with lead technicians on residential HVAC projects, including:  ductless split systems, ducted air handler systems, refrigeration piping, radiant hydronic systems.
  • Participate in NWM training program including:  online training, hands on training at local training providers, and on-the-job training.
  • Work with NWM managers to complete training to achieve electrical and plumbing certifications.
  • Represent NWM professionally with our customers in their homes and on construction sites

What the Successful Candidate will have: 
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Desire to quickly learn and grow in this position.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the knowledge and understanding of parts, tools and equipment.
  • Ability to lift up-to 60 pounds on a frequent basis, and on occasion move and lift heavier items.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Pre-employment drug testing will be conducted.
