Mitigation Technician

Titan Restoration is one of the best companies to work for in Northern Arizona. Join our team as an Emergency Services Mitigation Technician and play a crucial role in the restoration industry. You will be responsible for responding to emergency situations involving water, fire, and mold damage, and providing immediate mitigation services to minimize property loss and restore normalcy for our clients.

$20 - $28 hourly

• Respond promptly to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage mitigation.
• Conduct initial assessments of damaged properties to determine the extent of mitigation required.
• Implement mitigation procedures to prevent further damage and secure the affected areas.
• Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes using industry-standard equipment.
• Execute fire damage cleanup and smoke odor removal procedures.
• Conduct mold remediation activities, including containment, removal, and sanitation.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely completion of mitigation projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of pre-mitigation and post-mitigation conditions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their concerns throughout the mitigation process.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in restoration or related fields preferred.
• Prior experience in emergency services mitigation, preferably in the restoration industry.
• Strong knowledge of water, fire, and mold mitigation techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work in high-stress situations and adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by emergency situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
• Valid drivers license

• Pass a background check
