We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team member who enjoys interacting with guests and making them feel at ease. Responsibilities include washing and folding linens. You should ideally have experience with industrial washing products as well as the ability to lift 20 pounds or more on a consistent basis. Compensation:

$15 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect all linens to identify stains and remove stains with appropriate cleaning products and techniques
  • Inspect laundry equipment visually and report any maintenance issues to the building management
  • Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to general manager
  • Remove garments and lines after each wash cycle and dry according to specific manufacturer instructions
  • Load all laundry into the washer and add specified cleaning agents according to directions
Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and products
  • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certification
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis
  • 1 or more year as a laundry attendant, housekeeper or a similar role is strongly desired
  • Possesses a strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills
