We are looking for an exceptional Machinist to become an indispensable part of our Production Team.  If you are enthusiastic, possess an innate attention to detail, and have a passion for excellence, then we invite YOU to become the next guardian of our legacy in this role. 

The Ideal Candidate has:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a machinist.
  • CNC Mill experience.
  • Basic Shop math skills.  Trigonometry is a plus.
  • Ability to use calipers, micrometer equipment, and other measuring tools.
  • CAD/CAM and G & M code knowledge.
  • Expertise in reading and understanding drawings and blueprints.  GD&T a plus.
  • Intimate knowledge of all aspects of milling and lathe machine operations.
  • Knowledge of the FDA GMP/QSR and ISO 13485 requirements.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, patience, and the ability to communicate with people under a wide variety of circumstances.
  • Ability to work efficiently on a team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.  The prime operating area for this position is in an air-conditioned environment with high noise levels, heavy machinery, and chemical involvement.
     Key Responsibilities of this Job:
  • Machining, both milling and turning, is required for Omega manufactured products.
  • Assisting in the final mechanical assembly of the products.
  • Maintaining all machine equipment in proper and safe operating condition.
  • Providing supervisor with status updates.
  • Completing training to maintain and enhance knowledge on quality operations.
