We are in search of an outstanding Precision Machinist to become a vital member of our Production Team. If you are passionate, detail-oriented, and dedicated to excellence, we invite you to uphold our legacy in this essential role.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in machining.
• Experience with CNC milling.
• Fundamental shop mathematics skills; knowledge of trigonometry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM and G & M code.
• Expertise in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints; GD&T knowledge is a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of milling and lathe machine operations.
• Awareness of FDA GMP/QSR and ISO 13485 standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment, adhering to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Executing machining tasks, including both milling and turning, for products manufactured by Omega.
• Assisting in the final mechanical assembly of products.
• Ensuring all machinery is maintained in safe and proper working condition.
• Providing regular updates to supervisors regarding progress.
• Participating in training to enhance knowledge of quality operations.
