Main Points:
  • This position is on-site at their Stevensville location, they’ve adapted a unique 4 day work schedule to attract more candidates
  • Salary: 85k-100k
  • Want someone with Digital Marketing experience
  • Ideally have experience using CRM Software
  • NEED a Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities
  •  Define campaign goals and objectives
  •  Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing materials/content
  •  Analyze marketing and communication metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns, make changes when necessary
  •  Attend trade shows and market products
  • This person will be a strategic thinker who will raise the visibility and awareness of the organization, work through our website, email, newsletters, social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn) and media channels
  • The Communications and Marketing Manager will have excellent writing, technology and communications skills
  • The Manager will promote the mission and keep the service populations, relevant stakeholders and the general public informed of the organization’s goals and initiatives

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree Required 
  • 5+ years of related industry experience
  • Expert user of MS Office Suite
  • Solid experience with CRM software
