We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for our Oklahoma City Office. We are looking for trusted professionals who value honesty, integrity, respect, a strong work ethic, and superior client service. The candidate we are looking for needs to have experience of 5 to 10 years of general accounting, preferably with an engineering company. The position is expected to work on site.

The focus of this position is to provide support to the Controller.

What You Will Do: As an Accounting Manager:

  • Prepare GL reconciliations
  • Review GL reconciliations
  • Post customer deposits
  • Support audit (both US GAAP and FAR) process
  • Support tax process including multistate workpapers, requested documents and R&D tax credit schedules
  • Dual authority on electronic payments
  • Review timesheets
  • Maintain fixed asset system
  • Add new vendors
  • Special ad hoc projects
