Position Summary – The Marketing Project Manager is an intermediate level position. You will join our dynamic healthcare team and support the management of various marketing and creative projects. These projects will be involved in marketing, sales operations, corporate communications, and event planning/execution. This role requires an organized detail-oriented individual who can coordinate project activities, track project progress milestones, and facilitate communication to help achieve successful project outcomes. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals. Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, working with our advertising agency to coordinate creative projects and support our sales team.
  • Track all projects and work with the Chief Commercial Officer to develop project plans and work through them to completion.
  • Manage conference and trade show events.
  • Coordinate company events; Town Halls and corporate gatherings.
  • Develop promotional materials, product brochures, and LinkedIn posts in coordination with our ad agency.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to respond to the changing needs of the organization.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising project coordination or a related field.
  • Basic tech proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excell, PPT and Teams).
  • Preferred, but not mandatory knowledge of; graphic design, SharePoint site development, HubSpot marketing, and LinkedIn.  
  • A foundational understanding of marketing principles and enthusiasm for the healthcare industry, healthcare experience is a big plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is mandatory.
Working Conditions: Full Time, Hybrid in New York City, Financial District

Salary: $75K – $95K
