  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Process development and refinement.

  • Project milestone reporting.
  • Assessing levels of effort for work packages to support changes to software products.
  • Perform task balancing and completion risk analysis for all projects within ISB.
  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Preparing and completing action plans.
  • Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Resolves problems.
  • Determines system improvements and implements change.
  • Enforces policies and procedures.
  • Recommends process, staffing, and technology change for emergent process and security needs.
  • One to seven years of relevant years' experience
