Within Epsilon’s pseudonymized Identity and Data Assets, the Data Product team is responsible for leveraging the owned and licensed data assets at Epsilon to enhance the clients use of our Mar tech, Ad Tech and Media platforms. Examples include targeting, measurement, insights, pitch support, and general strategy guidance.
Senior Product Manager, Data Products
As a Senior Product Manager on the Data team, you will be responsible for a deep understanding of all data sets within the Epsilon environments. You will be expected to know the client use cases for each set and validate data has been loaded correctly to meet these needs. You will be expected to access the different systems and ensure data is present, teams are well trained, and documentation exists for rollouts and updates. You will work closely with vendors to ensure feature rollouts are documented and internal Epsilon, Publicis Groupe and client teams are trained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the ETL and transformations associated with the data Epsilon ingests
- Log into the platforms and quickly assess quality including match rate and segment population, to
- Report status on regular basis
- Develop dashboard to automate reporting and QC/QA checks
- Identify areas requiring improvement
- Work with engineering and 3P data vendors to get those updated.
- Document the ETL and transformations
- Understand the underlying data so that you can research and answer questions
Requirements
- 5+ years relational databases, data structures/modeling, SQL programming[KS1]
- 5+ years of marketing experience using data, digital media experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- B.A/B.S degree or equivalent experience
[KS1]Would we expect some experience of marketing, media, transactional data - use of it as well as detailed understanding of some of it.
