What to expect in this role?

The Adelbrook Cook is responsible for overall preparation and service of meals served from the main kitchen during the Cook's shift. Orders, receives, and appropriately stores food products and kitchen supplies; cleans/sanitizes storage areas. The Cook reports to the Director of Food Services and will accept direction and feedback from the Chief Administrator Offices. This position is non-exempt.

Essential Job Requirements:

A high school diploma and at least four years' experience as a cook, preferably in a residential or school setting are required. The ability to work as a team member and have a positive attitude in a busy environment are requisite. Must possess the ability to work independently. ServSafe Certification is required.
