This role is ideal for individuals dedicated to high standards and seeking to acquire valuable experience in a commercial kitchen setting, with potential for advancement into other roles.

  • Responsible for organizing, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and sanitizing the kitchen, dining areas, loading docks, elevators, storage spaces, waste disposal areas, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ensures cleanliness and sanitation standards are upheld for all dishware, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment.
  • Assists the stock and utility personnel with receiving, verifying, stocking, and tracking inventory.
  • Communicates effectively with all food service staff, supervisors, and other facility personnel.
  • Supports meal service tasks as needed and performs additional duties as assigned.
