What You'll Do:
  • Manage and organize case files, ensuring efficient access to critical information.
  • Conduct legal research and use legal databases to support case strategies.
  • Draft and prepare various legal documents with accuracy and clarity.
  • Assist with the discovery process, including document collection and review.
  • Schedule and manage attorney calendars, meetings, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.

We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense (or 3-5 years broader litigation experience).
  • An Associate's degree or higher in Paralegal Studies is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
