Who You Are

You are able to network, build relationships, market and present workshops, have ability to build rapport and empower participants, and have excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure program related data is accurately and timely entered.

What You’ll Get to Do (detailed job description attached)

As an Adult Career Service Specialist, you’ll guide and support adults in obtaining work experience, work readiness skills, and job skills training. You'll be the driving force behind empowering adults, ensuring they gain effective work experience, work readiness skills, and job skills training. You'll be a mentor, an assessor, and a supervisor, guiding our clients to success through various programs like WIOA. Together, we'll transform lives and spark futures

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Associates degree and two plus years work-related experience and/or equivalent combination or education and experience. Valid drivers license and are insurable.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • We believe in investing in our team members' growth. FSC offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, non-exempt position with a minimum starting rate of $23.31/hour with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
  1. Example: Meet only minimum requirements start at $23.31/hour; with 3 additional years of direct experience start at $24.02/hour; 5 additional years of direct experience $24.74/hour, etc.
  • Excellent benefit package, including an HMO, Dental, 100% company paid Vision, 100% company paid Disability, 100% company paid Life, matching 401(k) plan, generous PTO plan with accruing 4 weeks the first year of employment 12 paid holidays
