This pivotal role will involve overseeing all aspects of tax strategy across the company and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives while minimizing tax liabilities.

This is a newly created role due to growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic tax plans to optimize the company's tax position.
  • Manage federal, state, and local tax filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead tax planning initiatives for transactions, investments, and restructuring.
  • Stay updated on tax regulations and advise senior management accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.


RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
Master's Degree in Taxation or CPA certification preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate taxation, with a focus on tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
Extensive experience in US federal and state, Mexican and Candadian taxes.
