- Cell Allowance - $50 per month

Your primary duties will include:
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Maintenance to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional service to owners and guests.
- Uphold a superior standard of maintenance and environmental stewardship for common areas, overseeing equipment, building exteriors, and the HVAC system.
- Engage in preventative and emergency maintenance, promptly addressing work orders and coordinating repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds maintenance.
- Manage vendor relationships, handling scheduling, communication, obtaining bids, and overseeing contractor work for completeness.
- Safeguard property safety and cleanliness through regular inspections, promptly reporting necessary repairs, and participating in the company on-call program.
- Assist in procuring maintenance supplies, streamline orders, and accurately submit property invoices.
- Communicate effectively with the management team, preparing monthly maintenance reports for Board review, and ensuring compliance with all Company Standards, health and safety regulations, and applicable laws.
