Position Overview:

The Operations Fulfillment Lead will work with and lead a team of employees during the 2nd shift to ensure that products/equipment/trucks/trailers are properly unloaded and cleaned, and then loaded to fulfill the needs of upcoming field operations projects.

Lead Responsibilities:

  • Point person on the team to help direct Operations Fulfillment staff, troubleshoot issues, and answer questions
  • Ensure Operations Fulfillment staff are productive, efficient, and adhering to SOP's
  • Assist in training

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that products/equipment/trucks/trailers are properly unloaded and cleaned, and then loaded to fulfill the needs of upcoming field operations projects.
  • Complete tasks on scheduling software for the next day's projects.
  • Conduct inspection checks on trucks, trailers, and machinery and report any issues to the Operations Fulfilment Supervisor.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness around the facilities and property.
  • Wash and detail trucks and equipment.
  • Check fluids on all trucks, tractors, etc.
  • Greases equipment and vehicles.
  • Fuel equipment.
  • Move heavy equipment on company property.
  • Load equipment and vehicles.
  • Secure vehicles and equipment by chaining and strapping, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of general safety policies and best practices.
  • Ability to operate large equipment (such as excavators, bulldozers, tractors, skid loaders).
  • Preference given to Class A CDL license holders
  • Demonstrates truthfulness, accountability and honesty with managers and supervisors.
  • Demonstrated success with living the company's values of passion for the mission to "Heal the Earth", craftsmanship, innovation, grit, and positivity.

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Tolerate prolonged periods of standing and walking
  • Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, reach and move as needed.
  • Must be able to drive different types of vehicles and equipment.
  • Must be able to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and extreme cold.

Job Schedule Specifics:

  • 3:00-11:30pm Sunday thru Thursday evenings. (Possible overtime hours each of those evenings to ensure jobs get fulfilled for the following day.)
  • 40 hours a week. (The possibility for Friday and/or Saturday work is available as well.)
