  • Maintains proper condition of facilities, tools and equipment
  • Sweeps all shop floors, service drives and technician stalls when empty
  • Scrubs shop and service drive floors with floor scrub machine and maintains the entrance and exit of the service lanes as needed throughout the day
  • Assists technicians with any spills and emptying drain buckets
  • Picks up rags and inserts them into fire-proof bucket
  • Empties and cleans all trash drums
  • Protects confidential customer information by adhering to company compliance policies
  • Ensures the dealership meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s national average for customer satisfaction
  • Maintains safe work environment
  • Completes all other projects and duties as assigned
