JOB SUMMARY: The primary role of the Senior QA Analyst includes call and file reviews of assigned business units, participation in monthly calibration sessions, data and report gathering, file analyses, and evaluating and responding to dispute and appeal workflows.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct call, file reviews, and meet production targets and milestones.

· Identify trends within business unit QA reviews and provide actionable feedback to the business units.

· Complete monthly workflow assignments and look for efficiencies within QA monitoring.

· Act as a strategic partner by partnering with business units on QA-related matters and ensuring processes and procedures align with expectations and requirements.

· Serve as contact for QA appeals and disputes.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience in financial services or insurance is required.

· Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

· Able to handle confidential information with high professionalism and discretion.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels.

· Sound judgment in developing and implementing solutions.

· Strong verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills.


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
  • Continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
