Overview


Green Sage Cafe is hiring a hard-working and dependable HR / Marketing Manager. Our ideal candidate will resonate with our brand and mission. We are an environmentally conscious fast-casual cafe, serving quality & healthy food options.


The HR / Marketing Manager will assist in multiple departments including Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations. Responsibilities will include recruiting and onboarding, project management, social media management, design & photography.

Responsibilities

Human Resources


  • Advertise and manage job posts using Indeed and Paylocity
  • Recruit, review & pre-screen applicants
  • Schedule interviews with General Managers and District Manager
  • Check references
  • Complete onboarding process
  • Uphold a superior level of confidentiality
  • Keep HR documents filed and organized
  • Assist by keeping GM & KM on target with their employee reviews
  • Assist in development and rollout of important company policy and bulletins
  • Keeping employees informed of company benefits once they meet qualification
  • Project management - Keeping other directors on target with project goals
Marketing


  • Maintains a strong and consistent media presence via social media, website, and customer newsletters
  • Assists the CEO with the development and implementation of marketing plans; compiles and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of such plans
  • Reports customer review results to management, addressing any questions or concerns directly with the customer in a timely fashion
  • Photographs food and restaurant atmosphere for use in our online content and ordering platforms
  • Effectively executes cafe merchandise and visual layouts in our locations (i.e. making signs, menu board design, orders GS merchandise and memorabilia, etc)
  • Manages our Customer Loyalty Program
  • Keeps our POS and online menu updated and makes necessary seasonal changes in a timely manner
