  • Estimate costs for new construction projects
  • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate estimates
  • Review construction plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
  • Attend site visits and meetings to gather information for accurate estimates
  • Prepare and submit bids to clients in a timely manner
  • Update and maintain database of project estimates
  • Provide support to project teams as needed
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating
  • Proficiency in estimating software such as Procore or PlanSwift
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
