Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Associate to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This is an in-office position, requiring full-time presence at our San Antonio location. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive growth. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for various channels, including social media, email, and print.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and report findings.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing activities.
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for new marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work in an in-office setting; this is not a remote position.
