Fresh Form Draft is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, managing communication channels, and tracking campaign performance
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional.
- Help create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Support the development and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Assist in coordinating and organizing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics and feedback.
- Maintain and update the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
