Location: Washington, DC with Hybrid Work Available

Required Skills:

  • Map our salesforce roles and profiles vs org chart - so that we can clean them up
  • Document our Rev Ops reporting: what do we do, who, when, maybe instructions
  • Help out with UAT (thinking: Support, CSQL, whatever is over the horizon)
  • Audit lead records for completeness and identify process breakdowns
  • Test sales stack and environment for bugs, errors, improvements, or breakdowns
  • Support training material development for large internal project to surface customer related data
  • Help produce weekly reporting for various internal stakeholders
  • Assist with large project to enrich our contact database
  • Help clean up legacy reports and records in our CRM

Education: Bachelor’s degree – Business, Sales, Marketing, English, or a related field
