ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Manager specializing in AI Infrastructure, you will be at the cutting edge of transforming customer needs into groundbreaking product solutions. Reporting directly to the Head of AI Data Centers, you will own the entire product lifecycle—extracting critical insights from customers, crafting actionable product specifications, and driving software engineering teams to deliver beyond expectations. This is a high-stakes role where you will not just meet but anticipate and exceed customer demands, ensuring our products align perfectly with their business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement and Requirements Gathering:​

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, challenges, and goals related to AI infrastructure.​
  • Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather detailed requirements and feedback on product performance and features.​

Product Definition and Strategy:​

  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer input, market trends, and business objectives.​
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with customer needs and company goals.

Collaboration with Software Engineering:​

  • Work closely with software engineering teams to translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications and development plans.​
  • Provide direction and guidance to engineers, ensuring that product development aligns with customer expectations and technical feasibility.​

Project Management and Execution:​

  • Oversee the end-to-end development process, from initial concept through to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.​
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, addressing any issues or roadblocks that arise during development.​

Customer Success and Support:​

  • Ensure successful product deployment and adoption by providing customers with support, training, and resources as needed.​
  • Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement and address any concerns.​

Go-to-Market and Communication:​

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans, in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.​
  • Create and deliver product presentations, demos, and documentation to customers and internal stakeholders.​

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:​

  • Track product performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to assess the success of product features and identify areas for enhancement.​
  • Implement and manage product updates and optimizations based on customer feedback and market developments.​

Documentation and Reporting:​

  • Prepare and present product reports, including progress updates, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations, to senior management and stakeholders.​
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of product requirements, development processes, and customer interactions.

ABOUT YOU​

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.​
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI infrastructure or technology products.​
  • Proven track record of managing customer-facing products and guiding software engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.​
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data infrastructure, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies.​
  • Ability to translate complex customer requirements into actionable product specifications and development plans.​
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.​
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value and solutions.​
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance customer needs with technical feasibility and business objectives.​
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
