Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

  • Defining the process for testing a suite of software applications.
  • Creating and maintaining testing frameworks.
  • Development of automated tests to enhance the efficiency and coverage of testing procedures.
  • Performing manual testing where automated testing is not feasible or available.
  • Tracking of bugs from identification through to resolution.
  • Collaboration with the development team to discuss defects and errors, understand product features, and refine testing processes.
  • Conduct load and performance testing to ensure software scales well with increased user or process load.
  • Documentation of QA procedures along with testing strategies for business user testing.
  • Continuous improvement of QA testing processes and strategies to enhance product reliability, performance, and quality.
Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Test plan development and execution
  • Bug Tracking
  • Agile Methodologies
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Selenium WebDriver
  • Ability to write automated tests for Web Applications
  • Thorough manual testing practices
  • Knowledge of interacting with and testing API’s ugh tools such as PostMan
  • Knowledge of working with SQL and document-based databases
  • Ability to write code in programming and/or scripting languages
  • Experience conducting load testing with JMeter
  • Experience working with git repositories
  • Experience coaching and mentoring other QA engineers
  • 5+ years of QA experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
