Job Description: Semi Truck Body Repair Technician

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Semi Truck Body Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in repairing and restoring heavy-duty vehicles, specifically semi-trucks, and possess excellent knowledge of various body repair techniques and equipment.

Responsibilities: - Inspect damaged semi-truck bodies and assess the extent of repairs required - Perform necessary repairs, including welding, panel replacement, body alignment, and cosmetic repairs - Utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely - Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all repairs - Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for self and team - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials - Collaborate with other technicians and team members to assist with complex repairs or projects - Keep up-to-date with emerging industry trends and new repair techniques - Use computerized systems to accurately document repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job - Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent customer service

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent qualification - Proven experience as a Semi Truck Body Repair Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle repair techniques and equipment - Proficient in welding and using various welding techniques and equipment - Familiarity with frame straightening equipment and processes - Understanding of computerized repair systems and ability document repairs - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Physical stamina and ability to work in a physically demanding environment - Valid driver's license and clean driving record
