Job Description:

As a Retail Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth retail operations. This position requires a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store
  • Provide product information and recommendations
  • Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and properly labeled
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom
  • Process customer transactions accurately using a cash register or point of sale system
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions responsibly
  • Support team members in achieving sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Assist with store opening and closing duties as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Friendly and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
