As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities to help them lead fulfilling and independent lives. This position offers a flexible schedule with an hourly rate of $20-22.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a respectful and person-centered manner
- Assist individuals with daily tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation
- Promote independence and community integration for individuals by facilitating social activities and outings
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and individual progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and safety of individuals

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
