Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing (HYBRID) to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital marketing strategies that have significantly increased engagement and driven revenue growth.

The Digital Marketing Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in driving impactful B2B and B2C digital marketing communications across our comprehensive Aesthetics portfolio while overseeing all branded websites. This position will be instrumental in crafting strategically aligned digital content aimed at enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among consumers, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and key accounts. Exceptional proficiency in reporting, editing, SEO, and SEM will be essential to empower brand teams in delivering compelling communications to targeted audiences.


This position will require collaboration with the entire Aesthetics Marketing team and other key internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Medical, Regulatory and Leadership to generate new content and ensure compliant communications. Proficiency in analyzing pertinent data sources and translating insights into effective digital marketing strategies across diverse social media platforms, networking channels, and content management systems such as WordPress and HubSpot is a fundamental requirement for this position.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the management of all digital channels (including websites, search engine optimization, email marketing, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess these campaigns against KPIs.
  • Analyze data and gather insights to formulate actionable strategies aimed at amplifying brand visibility and recognition.
  • Evaluate trends and emerging technologies and add-on applications to find new marketing opportunities.
  • Lead SEO initiatives to enhance online visibility and foster organic traffic growth.
  • Offer expert guidance on paid media strategies to optimize ROI and effectively engage target audiences.
  • Provide strategic digital direction for multiple aesthetics brands, aligning digital endeavors with overarching business objectives.
  • Oversee hosting environments to ensure peak performance and robust security measures.
  • Supervise the development and upkeep of WordPress websites, including the creation of new websites and landing pages.
  • Administer CRM systems to streamline customer interactions and facilitate efficient data management.
  • Develop, manage, and organize all published content, encompassing images, videos, written pieces, and audio/podcasts.
  • Conduct monthly analysis and reporting on digital campaigns, focusing on key metrics to assess performance.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to support content creation efforts.
  • Align with branded strategies, tactics, and budgets to bolster relevant brands' objectives.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts with internal stakeholders such as Medical, Regulatory, Training, and Sales & Marketing management to ensure downstream effectiveness.
  • Participate in market research targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers to glean insights into customer requirements, behaviors, and trends.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget and measure ROI to maximize profitability.



Job Related Qualifications / Skills:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, or Digital Design.
  • Extensive experience in graphic design experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After-effects, Procreate and animation softwares.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SEO, SEM, and proficiency in content management systems.
  • Demonstrated track record in managing hosting environments and WordPress websites.
  • Proficient in computer and design skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubSpot.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
  • Thorough comprehension of emerging digital resources, web trends, and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Social Networking platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced, integrated environment.
  • Solutions-focused approach and adeptness in collaborative teamwork.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and excel in dynamic environments.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C aesthetic marketing strongly desired.
