Position: Full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with IDD in a community setting, helping with daily activities and fostering independence.
- Implement and bring to life Individual Support Plans (ISP), enhancing quality of life and fostering independence.

- Ensure accurate documentation of activities and care provided, prioritizing safety and well-being.
- Passion for making a difference (must be 18+)
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to become a company driver.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting approximately 50 lbs.
- Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and computer skills
- Successful completion of a level II background check
- Adaptability and a positive attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment.
