What would you do as a Tower Technician I

As a Tower Technician I at Wisper ISP, you'll have an exciting and ever-evolving role that will keep you on your toes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with tower installations, conducting equipment upgrades and repairs, and performing routine maintenance tasks. You'll work closely with a supportive team of experienced technicians who will guide you through the ins and outs of the job. No two days will be the same as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal network performance for our valued customers. You'll use your keen eye for detail to inspect and analyze tower structures, ensuring they meet safety standards.

In this role, you'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments to enhance overall network efficiency. As a Tower Technician I, you'll need to be comfortable working at heights, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
