Job Description:

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Architect and Project Manager with a strong background in System Architecture and System Design.
  • With 10 to 14 years of experience, the ideal candidate will lead the development and implementation of complex systems, ensuring they meet our high standards of efficiency and quality.
  • This role is pivotal in driving our projects to successful completion, influencing the innovation and optimization of our system architecture to support our company's goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of system architecture projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and technology standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and integrate solutions seamlessly.
  • Design scalable and robust system architectures that support the company's long-term vision.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception through deployment, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for system designs and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Provide expert guidance on the selection of technology stacks and frameworks that best meet project needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system architecture and design.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes and team capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements and competitive strategies in system architecture.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in system architecture and design, with a proven track record of successful project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in leading-edge technologies and methodologies related to system architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
