We are seeking someone with great ethics and values as well as high energy to join our team as a SERVICE COORDINATOR in the Pittsburgh, PA office.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Assist with purchasing and writing estimates.
  • Data entry into service software.
  • Filing, answering service calls, emails, and errands.
  • Help with scheduling jobs.
  • Coordinate work with customers and technicians.
  • Order materials.
  • Assist Department Manager with job coordination and preparing job quotes.
  • Assume any additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by Management.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • High School Graduate.
  • Must be motivated, hardworking, organized, individual with good people skills.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Service Contractor software.
