Data Management Analyst

The Data Management Analyst will proactively seek opportunities to leverage data in support of business analytics, identifying ways to connect data from various technology such as Radius, Salesforce, CRM, Logility, BI Dashboards and Sales reporting. Partners with key stakeholders to create intuitive datasets and data dictionaries for business users, streamline data flows, and collaborate with BI and IT teams to expedite the delivery of business intelligence solutions. Additionally, you’ll engage with teams to implement new tools that enhance data accessibility and empower self-service data exploration. Conduct frequent data analysis to improve our Sales and Supply Chain operations. In the event of absence, these job responsibilities will be covered by the employees in related departments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Data-Related Efforts: Work efficiently and effectively to prioritize and deliver high-value data analysis and datasets.
  • Data Analysis and Dataset Delivery: Engage with stakeholders to understand data analysis requirements and business value, conduct analysis to meet those needs, build and scale datasets to support reporting, and maintain accurate and consistent datasets as necessary.
  • Analyze Data & Datasets: Investigate existing datasets, identify opportunities and deficiencies, and research best practices and industry standards to ensure effective solutions and scalability.
  • Maintain Standards: Ensure consistent high-quality standards for dataset creation and data analysis within the Data & Reporting COE. Evaluate and provide feedback to those entering data for corrections. Act as gatekeeper to new data field creation and usage. Create a definition of data and provide those insights to users of data.
  • Collaborate: with IT and Finance professionals in respective toolsets to implement effective systems; if projects are coming on line that consume data- act as project lead for data creation; data cleanliness. Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure our master data strategy is effectively implemented.

Key qualifications we want from you:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Data Analyst or dataset creation
  • Exhibits a curiosity for data, with desire to problem solve.
  • Passionate about contributing to a maturity process and driving best in class process that scale
  • Familiarity with supply chain and manufacturing processes (e.g. Inventory planning, warehouse management)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases and ERP systems
  • Analytical mind with business acumen
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with a wide range of key stakeholders
  • Outstanding organizational ability
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
