Imagine being part of a well-trained team of real estate investors focused on buying and selling houses. Every day you can expect several red-hot leads to be delivered directly to your text message alerts. You simply call, book the appointment, show up and negotiate the offer on behalf of the company.

While Diamond Equity does renovate many houses, your focus as an Acquisition Manager will be on negotiating deals, NOT construction management. Stellar Acquisition Managers love working, have disciplined habits around lead follow-up and CRM/Technology management, and love the thrill of signing deals.

Background in sales required. Past experience in auto sales, in-home/construction sales, or real estate would be ideal for the Acquisition Manager role.

Compensation:

$100,000+

Responsibilities:

  • Call Hot Leads & Schedule Appts to Make Offers
  • Prepare Offers
  • Present Offers in Person at the Appointment
  • Manage Negotiations over time
  • Follow Up with Seller's(Weekly)
  • Manage Process of Closing Deals
Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation is a must
  • Sales experience (auto sales, real estate sales or acquisitions, in-home sales, etc.) preferred
  • Experience using a CRM lead tracking system (such as Podio) preferred
  • Strong Ability to use and learn Technology (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
  • Construction Management experience is a plus
  • Real Estate experience helpful, but not necessary
  • Flipped a few houses already? Be sure to include this in Cover Letter
