**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Financial Modeling:** Create and maintain complex financial models to assess performance and profitability.
  • Market Analysis:** Analyze mortgage market trends, interest rates, competitor activities, and economic indicators to inform strategic decisions.
  • Performance Reporting:** Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and recommending strategies.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting:** Lead the annual and long-term forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work with various departments such as sales, operations, capital markets, IT, HR, and vendor management to integrate financial strategies.

**Qualifications:**
