About the Position

Dexis is recruiting for a Catalytic Investments - Learning Agenda Advisor to support the Office of Catalytic Investments (OCI) of the Development Finance Corporation (DFC).

  • Collaborate with OCI's specialized team of investment officers and other DFC departments to ensure the Learning Agenda reflects a holistic understanding of the Office and Agency's learning needs.
  • Design and implement a scalable framework for the Learning Agenda, including actionable steps, resource allocation plans, and evaluation metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning sessions, workshops, and seminars that promote the principles and objectives of OCI within and outside of DFC.
