The Treasury Manager will be responsible for fund collection and payment management, auditing and management of account receivables, monitoring accounts and fund security, refining fund budget management, and improving cash flow control levels.

This is a full-time job located in Herndon, VA.


Major Job Duties

Daily process per write-off in the BSP system to update owed fee information in a timely and accurate.

Clean up the operating cash account/check account/bank card/mobile incoming and outgoing transactions every day, check with the sales income, find any discrepancies, and follow up to solve the disputes in a timely manner.

Perform account monitoring and follow overdue invoices for reconciling accounts with customers,

Work with the manager in developing collection strategies.

Be responsible for payment transactions of bank accounts, ensure payments are processed timely and accurately, and ensure accounting posted in ERP is in compliance with local and Group accounting rules.

Ensure bank transition account reconciliation on a weekly basis and clear before closing.

Cash forecast report on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Assist on budget/financing plan.

Assists with audits related to collection and payment settlements.

Actively collaborate with internal and external partners.

Ensure all given KPIs & timelines/deadlines are met.

Support additional ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the manager.


Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields

Excellent presentation skills, Knowledge of ERP or similar systems and related technologies, Experienced analytical and problem-solving skills

With over three years of related experience, CPA is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills

Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (Reading, Writing, and Comprehension)
