This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a lively, fast-paced setting and is looking for a place to face new challenges and grow. As we are a rapidly expanding early-stage company, this role offers substantial opportunities for career progression.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faulty or malfunctioning equipment.
- Efficiently complete repair and maintenance orders.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure equipment runs smoothly.
- Be available for emergency on-call service when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures established by the company.
- Supervise any external contractors hired for maintenance work as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with a variety of maintenance tools and equipment.
- Capacity to undertake a physically demanding workload.
- Strong attention to deadlines and detail.
- Ability to meet the job's physical requirements.
