We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee and ensure the efficient operation of their growing practice. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a multidisciplinary medical practice. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in practice management, a strong understanding of healthcare operations, and the ability to drive organizational success across multiple locations.


Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:Oversee the daily operations of the practice site, ensuring seamless workflows, efficient resource utilization, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Staff Management:Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of healthcare professionals across various disciplines. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Financial Oversight:Develop and manage budgets, financial reporting, and revenue cycle processes. Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.
  • Patient Care:Ensure a patient-first approach, maintaining high standards of patient care and satisfaction across all practice sites.
  • Technology Integration:Utilize healthcare technologies to improve service delivery, patient engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning:Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance patient care.
  • Compliance:Ensure all practice sites adhere to healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Experience:Minimum of four years of practice management experience, including experience managing multiple sites.
  • Leadership Skills:Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team.
  • Financial Acumen:Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management.
  • Operational Expertise:In-depth understanding of healthcare operations and best practices.
  • Technology Proficiency:Experience with healthcare technologies and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Patient-Focused:Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and enhancing the patient experience.
