Job Description

VillageMD is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team-based primary care practice in Mesa, AZ. We're looking for providers who share our passion for excellence and enthusiasm for driving positive change in our community.

Requirements
  • Graduate and certified from an accredited advanced practice program.
  • Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable treating pediatric and adult patients, conducting comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment.
  • Current, unrestricted license in practicing state or eligibility for licensure.
  • Active DEA registration or eligibility for registration.
  • Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligibility to enroll.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • Comfortable with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system; Athena preferred.
