Concrete Finisher

$25 - $30 hourly

• Construct and dismantle flatwork and wall forms
• Ready building sites for concrete foundations
• Operate walk-behind and ride-on trowel machines
• Assist with the placement and pouring of concrete
• Utilize floats, towels, edgers, and jointers to finish surfaces of various sizes
• Incorporate preferred elevations, grades, and slants into the concrete finishing process
• Follow project specifications when applying various finishes
• Cooperate with the team to ensure timely completion of duties
• Check the quality of the finished concrete to make sure it meets standard requirements

• Possess a minimum of two years of concrete finishing experience (preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of concrete types, tools, and materials
• Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in concrete curing processes and techniques
• Physical endurance to work in all weather conditions
• High level of accuracy and commitment to delivering quality work
• Exceptional communication and team collaboration abilities
• Dedication to a strong work ethic
• Possession of a valid Driver’s license
• OSHA 10 Certification or willingness to obtain it
