**Compensation**:
$75,000 - $85,000 yearly

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, mentor, and coordinate with crew members
- Instruct and guide newly hired staff, creating an atmosphere of effectiveness and upholding high standards of excellence
- Draft plans, assign tasks, and plan timelines for concrete projects, making sure the efficient use of resources
- Comprehend construction plans, drawings, and guidelines
- Maintain frequent weekly communication with operations supervisors and project management to properly arrange manning and resources
- Regularly inspect the job site to make sure that all specifications and quality ratios are met
- Spot and resolve any issues or conflicts that might happen during the project, taking rapid corrective actions
- Measure the job area using Total Station
- Capable of operating finishing machines (walk-behind, ride-on trowel machine, pan, and finish)

**Qualifications**:

- The ability to delegate tasks effectively to crew members and make timely decisions is crucial for this role.
- In-depth knowledge of various concrete construction processes such as footings, walls, flatwork, and tilt-up is necessary.
- A strong understanding of safety regulations and strict adherence to them is required.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results are essential qualities for this position.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must.
- Possession of an OSHA 10 Certification or willingness to obtain one is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license is a prerequisite for this role.
