JOB LOCATION:

Contract to hire/Permanent on site 2 days per week

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for someone with code development experience and a power system background; if they don't have the power system experience, then it's okay if they have the development experience. Web Development—HTML, CSS, JavaScript. They're using React Framework for their application and JavaScript. There is a lot of Java backend, so they need someone with that experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Programming - UI Developer, needs to have HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as the basic requirements. React experience is preferred. They prefer candidates who have worked at an energy company or have that understanding from their past.
  • The Oracle, PL/SQL are not as important, it's nice if the candidates have these skills, but not required.
  • At least 3 years of programming experience and degree is preferred. If the candidate has enough experience with programming, they might relax on the education, bachelor's degree is fine.
  • Curiosity: they have a lot of things they need the person to do, they need to want to learn new things.
  • To be able to work with team members, be able to communicate and gather feedback. Self driven.
  • They have a lot of applications, it's hard to know all of them, so they need someone who continues to grow.
  • They would prefer a full stack developer because they would love to be able to put this candidate on other applications, but they would also love someone who's really strong on the front end.

COMPENSATION:

$70/hour
