Shipping Dock Clerk

We are looking for a Shipping Dock Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of orders being loaded into trucks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Collect pallet tags being loaded onto outbound trucks.
• Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list.
• Interact with shipping clerks as needed to clarify any discrepancies.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Previous Shipping dock experience preferred
• Experience and other training or certification may be substituted for education.

Skills

• Able to withstand working in a cold environment
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods of standing
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
