Job DescriptionJob Description

The Escrow Insurance Processor will handle the processing of incoming mail by scanning insurance documents into the system and creating tasks in the MSP system. Other responsibilities include typing and mailing letters, contacting insurance agents via phone and email, interpreting insurance policies and loan documents, maintaining accurate records, preparing and utilizing reports, and adhering to company policies and procedures. This is an in office position. You will need to report to our Jacksonville, FL office on a daily basis. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Review reports to identify accounts requiring action or attention.
- Assist with report preparation.
- Update system data as needed.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to all inquiries.
- Review insurance documents and determine the appropriate system for logging.
- Process incoming mail in a highly productive mode.

**Education and Experience Requirements:**
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with insurance or mortgage loans preferred.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
- **Communication:** Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, using correct language and grammar in a professional manner.
- **Organization & Time Management:** Able to work independently with minimal supervision, plan, schedule, and organize professional schedule to complete actions within established deadlines, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- **Systems & Software:** Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications. MSP experience preferred; Encompass experience a plus.
