Overview of Position:
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Manager of Enterprise Sales to lead our efforts in acquiring and managing enterprise accounts. This role involves overseeing a sales team, executing consultative sales strategies, and utilizing business and technical acumen to address client needs and drive substantial business growth.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Lead and Develop the Sales Team:
- Supervise and mentor a team of enterprise sales representatives, providing guidance and support in consultative selling techniques and technical product knowledge.
- Define sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and individual performance metrics.
- Conduct training sessions and ongoing coaching on consultative selling techniques.
- Create and Implement Consultative Sales Strategies:
- Develop and execute consultative sales strategies that leverage a deep understanding of client business processes, technical requirements, and industry trends.
- Perform in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify and capitalize on opportunities for consultative engagements and strategic partnerships.
- Generate accurate sales forecasts and performance reports using CRM analytics and sales data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and grow product and service use cases, telling the story of each product
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Ensure team cultivates and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at at small and medium business clients, employing consultative techniques to understand their needs and challenges.
- Enable and hold team accountable for presenting solutions that align with client’s technical requirements and business objectives.
- Oversee negotiations and contract discussions, utilizing advanced knowledge of product capabilities and integration requirements to secure long-term agreements.
- Enhance Client Satisfaction and Retention:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive account management, technical support, and consultative problem-solving.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, including upselling and cross-selling of advanced products and services based on evolving client needs and feedback.
- Monitor and Optimize Sales Performance:
- Lead implementation of new CRM platform.
- Monitor and analyze sales activities, pipeline health, and performance metrics using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Evaluate sales performance and client feedback to refine consultative sales strategies and enhance team effectiveness.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports, including technical performance metrics and strategic insights, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment of sales strategies with product development and service delivery.
- Provide actionable insights from client interactions to inform product enhancements, technical support improvements, and strategic marketing initiatives.

What You Bring to the Team:
- 4-year degree in business or related field strongly preferred
- Extensive experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in consultative selling of technical products.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
- Proficient in consultative selling techniques, including needs analysis, technical solution design, and value-based selling.
- Deep understanding of wireless and/or IT-related products, their features, industry standards, and integration requirements.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills to develop and implement effective sales plans.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex, high-value deals.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills to include experience building strong relationships while exercising influence skills on all levels of the organization to achieve desired results
- A relentless customer focus, ensuring the customer’s perspective is the driving force behind every decision
- Ability to analyze financial data and integrate it in decision making
- Keen understanding of basic business operations and the organizational levers (systems, processes, departments, functions) that drive profitable growth

- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet physical requirements of bending, stooping, lifting, sitting, and standing. Ability to use computer/keyboard and general office equipment, and ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
