  • Coach and mentor the team on Agile principles and best practices
  • Remove impediments to the team's progress and facilitate resolution
  • Collaborate with product owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices and principles
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements
  • Support the team in maintaining high-quality deliverables through proper testing and validation
  • Ensure transparency and communication within the team and with stakeholders
  • Track and report on team metrics and progress

  • Adapt Agile best practices to the specific requirements of Salesforce and SAP projects
Required Qualifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce and SAP environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and SAP systems and processes
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Rally, or similar
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs
  • Knowledge of Agile engineering best practices
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and foster an Agile mindset
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP integration projects
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
