Job Title: Radiology Technician
Location: New Jersey
Salary: Competitive
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
Work Experience: Mid-Level

Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for radiology procedures by explaining the process, positioning patients correctly, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Operate radiology equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines, to perform diagnostic imaging examinations.
Capture high-quality images of the internal structures of the body using various imaging techniques.
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of radiology equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting as needed.
Follow safety protocols and radiation protection measures to minimize exposure risks for patients and staff.
Assist radiologists in interpreting images and providing diagnostic information for patient care.
Maintain accurate records of procedures performed, patient information, and imaging results.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure accurate and timely imaging services.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.
Entry-level candidates are welcome; relevant experience in radiology or healthcare settings is preferred.
Knowledge of radiology procedures, techniques, and equipment operation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in positioning patients and capturing images.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Certification or licensure as a Radiology Technician may be required by regulatory authorities.
